Job Summary:
The Communication department is seeking applications for Adjunct Instructors for Basic Public Speaking. This course introduces students to the application of communication theory and practice to public speaking, with emphasis on audience analysis, speaker delivery, ethics of communication, and speech organizational techniques to develop students' speaking abilities. The candidate would be expected to: teach 3- 6 credits per semester, on-campus, between the hours of 8am
- 5pm. The Adjunct Instructor is directly accountable to the Associate Dean or Department Chair for the following duties and responsibilities. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Provide classroom instruction for Basic Public Speaking courses. Provide classroom instruction between the hours of 8am
- 5pm.
