Science and Mathematics The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina is seeking applicants for adjunct faculty in the Department of Cyber and Computer Sciences. Our goal is to build long-term relationships with high-quality adjunct part-time faculty members from Industry who share in the Citadel commitment to develop principled leaders in Cyber and Computer Sciences. Job Responsibilities:
There are three main programs that adjunct faculty may be employed to teach classes: Traditional undergraduate program, which features face-to-face classes to the South Carolina Corps of Cadets Undergraduate evening 2+2 programs, which are primarily working adults earning Bachelor's degrees Our joint graduate evening programs in Computer and Information Sciences with College of Charleston. We have ongoing needs to fill vacancies in one or more of the following areas:
Cybersecurity Cyber Operations Software Engineering Web Programming Minimum Qualifications:
To teach at the undergraduate level, applicants must have a minimum of a Master's degree from an Accredited Institution in the Computer Science/Information Systems/Cybersecurity discipline or in a closely related field To teach at the graduate level, applicants must hold a terminal degree in the field from an Accredited Institution in the Computer Science/Information Systems/Cybersecurity discipline or in a closely related field Preference will be given to applicants who have previous effective teaching experience.
