Teach various courses and/or labs within the DMS program demonstrating appropriate preparation and engagement. Collaborate with the program director in the planning, development, and evaluation of required DMS courses and labs. Encourage student learning through discussions, varied learning activities, and applied experiences Qualifications

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/TRAINING

RDMS and RVT certification required for the course or lab being taught.

Examples:

Abdomen, OB/GYN, Vascular, MSK, Pediatrics, Breast or Fetal Echo. Bachelor's degree required. Master's Degree preferred. Minimum of three years of full-time clinical experience in sonography. WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Normal classroom and sonography lab environment Ability to stand up to 8 hours per day; move and operate ultrasound equipment including lifting, pulling, bending and squatting. May use computer keyboards and ultrasound machines requiring eye-hand coordination and finger dexterity.

COMPENSATION
