This position is a great fit for someone who truly enjoys working with children and wants to support their growth, independence, confidence, and development. If you are interested in Montessori education , even if you don't know much about it yet but would love to learn, we would be happy to support and guide you. You may already have experience working with children, or you may be just starting your journey in early childhood education. What matters most is that you are warm, patient, responsible, and genuinely interested in helping children learn and grow.
Responsibilities include:
Supporting the lead teacher (amazing, supportive and kind, honestly) in daily classroom routines Helping supervise and engage children Creating a safe, kind, and positive environment Assisting with activities, lessons, and transitions Encouraging independence, kindness, and respect in the classroom Working together with teachers as part of a friendly team
Requirements:
Interest in working with children and supporting their development Kind, reliable, patient, and responsible personality Interest in Montessori education is a plus Experience working with children is preferred, but not required Good communication skills First Aid/CPR certification is a plus If you love working with children and are curious about Montessori education, we would love to meet you!
Pay:
$24.00 - $27.50 per hour
