Senior Operations Learning Consultant

When and where will you work? This is an onsite position in our Chandler, AZ location Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm What you'll do: Develop, deliver and document formal and informal learning solutions using a variety of methods Partner with key stakeholders across Operations and Quality to identify training needs and drive alignment Evaluate, redesign, and enhance existing training programs and processes Learn the jobs and processes in Pharmacy Operations in order to teach others Develop materials, schedule, and conduct competency assessments Serve as a lead resource for training initiatives Collaborate with leaders and subject matter experts to design learning solutions Document, review, audit and recommend improvements to SOPs and processes Identify learning and process gaps and support CAPA development Monitor and coach learners to ensure performance improvement Apply instructional strategies to create effective learning experiences Assess training effectiveness and implement improvements Develop curriculum within learning management systems Stay informed on best practices and elevate training strategy Who you are: A strong communicator and relationship builder Able to influence stakeholders at multiple levels Quick to learn processes and systems Collaborative and adaptable Strategic thinker with problem-solving skills Organized with strong attention to detail Experienced in creating and improving training materials Committed to continuous improvement What you've done: 4+ years compounding or pharmacy operations experience preferred Experience in training, L&D, or process improvement Demonstrated ability to lead or influence initiatives Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word AZ Pharmacy Technician License and CPhT Certification preferred What's in it for you: Comprehensive benefits package 401(k) with company contribution Company paid life and disability insurance Access to voluntary insurance options Generous paid time off program Tuition reimbursement Opportunities for growth and internal mobility About Us Wedgewood is the nation's largest and most trusted provider of compounded veterinary medications.
