Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
The Contractor shall provide instructional design and training development support for approximately 10-15 courses, IAW with the Analysis, Development, Design, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE) process forHT-JCOE J7.
The Contractor shall: Support HT-JCOE Computer Based Training (CBT)/Interactive Multimedia Instruction (IMI) lesson plan development efforts. Support the redesign/revision of HT-JCOE courses. Identify gaps in learning, implementing instructional design strategy opportunities, and production of course content. Support all phases of the ADDIE model.Minimum Qualifications:

US Citizenship is required to obtain a security clearance) Secret to start; Interim TS/SCI granted within 12 months Master's Degree in Curriculum Development. Minimum of three (3) years' experience in the field of Curriculum Development with two (2) years' experience in a DoD/military environment utilizing the ADDIE process Learning courses/content on a Learning Management System (LMS). At least 24 Credit hours in adult education.Compensation Details:
