Your core responsibilities Create an engaging, inclusive learning space that builds technical skill and confidence. Demonstrate and supervise practical maintenance tasksfrom inspection to repairwith a relentless focus on safety. Partner with peers to develop and refine curriculum aligned to current industry trends. Mentor students on projects, encouraging critical thinking and innovative solutions. What it takes High school diploma or GED. Minimum 3 years of hands-on, practical industry experience (excludes teaching). FAA A&P license strongly valued; if not current, we will pay for you to obtain it. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A patient, empathetic approach that meets learners where they are.
