When you join us as an Operator/Scheduler, you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders- patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes.

You Will:

Displays excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette Answers incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner; follows scheduling protocols. Places calls to referring physicians for patients expressing difficulty with scheduling. Identifies and assists patients with special needs and shows care and compassion. Maintains good rapport with referring physicians, secretaries and clinical site staff. Schedules, reschedules or cancels new or current patients, confirms appointments and notifies staff of changes when necessary. Collects copayments and deductibles based on either pre-designated amounts or finds out while patient is on premises. Enters accurate information in all necessary EMR systems for appointment scheduling, rescheduling, cancelation and status updates. Updates account information at the point of scheduling. Communicates and interacts with all departments effectively and professionally. Pre-registers, submits reports and documents, inputs clinical data as needed for appointment, and requests films as needed. Gives patients appropriate orientation for preparatory and safety protocols, and provides directions to facilities.

To Ensure Success In This Role, You Must Have:

Requires High School Diploma and/or at least 1 year of medical/radiology office work experience (or medical training program/education) Basic computer skills Ability to multi-task, attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and good communication skills. Ability to foster teamwork, inter-personal awareness, and initiative. Medical terminology knowledge.

Pay Rate:

$23.00 per hour

USD $23.00 - USD $23.00 /per hour

Mornings Shift Variations:

Monday -Friday 7:30am to 4:00 pm or 8:00am to 4:30 pm
