Job Summary Job Summary Under the direction of the Associate Executive Director-Student Services, the Education Specialist will support the instructional program for all students and provide academic, behavioral, and social intervention services to identified students. The Educational Specialist shall participate as a member of the educational team that assesses student performance in the areas of disability; develops assessment reports; identifies student abilities within education, developmental or functional parameters; develops goals and objectives for consideration in the individualized education program (IEP) team meeting and maintains appropriate documentation and reports.
