- Reviews documents and records, conducts title and ownership research, identifies discrepancies, and analyzes information to determine appropriate next steps. Ability to Manage a High-Volume Workload
- Effectively prioritizes multiple assignments, manages regularly scheduled deadlines, and maintains productivity without sacrificing quality. Composure and Professionalism

Thirty (30) units of coursework towards a college degree in real estate, business, economics or a closely related field from an accredited U.S. college or university, or a certified foreign studies equivalency; OR, One (1) year of experience in real estate, property appraisal, real estate escrow or title, or building contracting; OR, Two (2) years of clerical experience in an Assessor, Recorder, or County Clerk's Office, with responsibilities that include processing recordable documents, institutional exemptions, leases, or other property documents relevant to change of ownership or business personal property account management. Required Licenses, Certifications or Registrations Required licenses, certifications and registrations must be maintained throughout employment in this class. Positions may involve necessary and timely transportation for field travel, requiring the ability to arrange transportation to different worksites, meetings, or field work.
