THE CLINICAL CONSULTANT
(1099 Contractor)Role Overview:
An independent, executive-level clinician responsible for the fidelity of the "Social Bridge" curriculum and the clinical supervision of Student Fellows. As a Bridge Specialist, you are the clinical and educational heartbeat of the BTS Summer Pilot. You will oversee the execution of our proprietary Learning-Ability Matrix™ across three specialized labs (Arts, Tech, Biz). This is a high-level leadership role requiring a blend of instructional mastery and real-time data oversight.Key Responsibilities:
Curriculum Mastery:
Execute and adapt the Learning-Ability Matrix™ to meet the unique sensory and cognitive needs of each group.Staff Mentorship:
Supervise and train 1:1 Aides and Junior Assistants, ensuring clinical interventions are implemented with fidelity.Data & Proof of Concept:
Finalize daily progress reports for parents and stakeholders to document student growth and program efficacy.Real-time Pivoting:
Monitor student status (Green/Yellow/Red) and adjust lab activities to maintain a regulated learning environment.Clinical Auditing:
Conduct unannounced weekly site audits using the Master Scorecard.Staff Mentorship:
Provide "In-Service" training to Student Fellows on behavioral de-escalation and HIPAA protocols.SOI Verification:
Review and co-sign high-level Friday Social ROI reports for "Tier 1" families.Crisis Consultation:
Serve as the "On-Call" authority for Level 3 behavioral or medical incidents. Mandatory Compliance (Pre-Start): Active State Professional License (OT, SLP, BCBA, etc.) with zero disciplinary actions. Professional Liability (Malpractice)COI:
$1M/$3M naming Beyond the Spectrum LLC as Additional Insured.Dated Mandates:
Mandated Reporter Certificate, HIPAA Certification, and TB Clearance.Requirements:
Bachelors or Masters in Special Education, Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), or related field. Mandatory background in childhood development/neurodiversity.Plus:
Bilingual (English/Spanish).Compensation:
Fee-for-service / Milestone-based.Pay:
