• Visual & Design Execution:

  Ability to visualize instructional graphics, user interfaces, and finalized outputs; produce smooth animations and proper asset positioning to drive learning outcomes.

Collaboration & Communication:

Ability to understand and execute on storyboards written by in-house instructional designers. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness.

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated professional or practical experience in Graphic Design.
• Direct experience with or knowledge of automotive vehicle systems and/or dealership retail operations.

• Assessment Integration:

  Design and implement interactive tests and knowledge checks to track learning effectiveness.

• Collaboration & Review:

  Partner closely with instructional designers and illustrators; manage review cycles and stakeholder feedback using Articulate Review 360.

• Technical Execution:

  Apply visual design principles and utilize JavaScript to build custom functionality within training packages.
