Provides strategically aligned clinical education/training/orientation and simulation and achieves outcomes consistent with organizational performance objectives. Determines stakeholder needs and develops innovative learning opportunities through clinical education and simulation training. Implements monitoring tools and quality training protocols and ensures that organizational standards are met. This Full-Time role will be responsible for the onboarding, education, and competencies for staff across the system. This Corporate role will be based out of Broward Health Medical Center but require travel to all Broward Health sites as needed.Education:
Essential:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from an Accredited School of Nursing. Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) preferred.Experience:
Three years of acute care clinical experience. Two years of human resource training/education preferred.Credentials:
Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or holds a multi-state nursing license; or able to obtain license prior to start is required. Basic Life Support Computer literacy and electronic documentation skills required.
