Job Description Responsibilities and Duties Include:
Delivers instruction to students based on curriculum guidelines and provides curriculum lesson plans. Supports and promotes the college and departmental missions centered on excellence in teaching and learning through quality instruction, curriculum enhancement, and service. Provides students with frequent, timely assessment of and clear feedback regarding academic performance. Appropriately documents student progress and maintain accurate records such as attendance, grading and achievement of student learning outcomes. Keeps timely student attendance records. Attends recruiting events internally and externally to recruit eligible students to the program. Strictly honors the privacy, security, and confidentiality of student records and other sensitive information according to appropriate state, federal, and college regulations, policies, and procedures. Complies with all published College Rules, procedures, guidelines, and laws/regulations governing public employees, including but not limited to those related to document retention and destruction, FERPA, and confidentiality. Provides service excellence through courteous, informed, accessible and professional engagement. Performs other duties as assigned.Reports to:

Required :
An associate's degree in education, english, ESOL, linguistics, languages, or a related field with two (2) years of related work experience inTESL/TESOL
methods, ESL/EFL/ESOL, or classroom experience in language instruction and/or a combination of education and experience equal to four (4) years.Other :
A criminal background check will be conducted.Preferred :
A (one-year) certificate inTESL/TESOL
