- Experience designing enterprise learning programs across multiple delivery formats.
- Experience managing external learning vendors and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience supporting large-scale operational initiatives and learning implementations.
- 3+ years of experience in the QSR, restaurant or food service industry setting.
