Full-Time We are hiring a Bentley Trainer & Support Lead with deep expertise in Bentley OpenRoads Designer (ORD) to design training programs and provide technical support for large-scale roadway projects and complex drainage projects. This role is perfect for someone passionate about CAD training, troubleshooting, and advancing digital delivery principles.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver customized learning paths for Bentley OpenRoads Designer (ORD) users across all skill levels. Conduct live and virtual training workshops focused on ORD modeling, annotation, terrain, and corridor design. Create video tutorials, guides, and documentation to support self-paced CAD learning. Provide technical support by troubleshooting complex ORD issues related to modeling, annotation, terrain, and corridor design. Support project teams on large-scale roadway and complex drainage projects, ensuring seamless digital delivery workflows. Stay updated on Bentley ORD updates and CAD best practices to enhance training and support.

Qualifications:

Proven experience with Bentley OpenRoads Designer (ORD) on large-scale roadway projects and complex drainage projects. Expertise in developing CAD training content, delivering workshops, and training CAD users. Strong troubleshooting skills for resolving ORD and CAD-related technical issues. Excellent communication and presentation skills for delivering technical training. [

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, CAD Design, or related field, or equivalent experience.] [

Familiarity with MicroStation, other Bentley software, or related CAD tools is a plus.]
