Instructional Support Staff (Full-Time)

08/18/2026 All Saints Catholic School in Sunrise (Broward County), Florida has an opening for a qualified and dynamic full-time Instructional Support Staff for the current school year, at the grade 4 level. The applicant must be nurturing, creative and a dedicated professional with the ability to support the learning environment, cultivate critical thinking skills, and work collaboratively as part of a team. The candidate performs all duties in alignment with the mission, vision, and tenets of the Catholic Archdiocese of Miami. Salary will vary based on education and years of experience.
Hours:
Mon- Fri, 7:30 A.M. - 3:30 P.M.
Qualifications:
GED or High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred. Two years of classroom experience required. Department of Children & Families 40 hour Training Certification. (if not, must be willing to obtain completion within the first year of employment). Excellent classroom management skills. Ability to assist the teacher with leading small groups, yard duty, and other duties pertaining to a teacher assistant. Ability to work as a team member with a variety of students, parents, and staff. Excellent presentation skills with use of instructional technologies. Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel; PowerPoint a plus. Proficiency in Google apps. Excellent oral and written English language communication skills, including clear speaking voice. Good spelling and grammar are required. Supportive and respectful of the mission and tenets of the Roman Catholic Church; experience in Roman Catholic environment preferred. Knowledge of basic tenets of Catholic Church. Must have a professional demeanor, including adherence to dress code.
