This role is responsible for creating, configuring, and maintaining all Autodesk Forma projects for Evans General Contractors while ensuring consistent standards, workflows, and user adoption across the organization. The Autodesk Solutions Specialist acts as the primary subject matter expert for Autodesk Forma and related Autodesk solutions, providing project setup, administration, training, governance, troubleshooting, and user support for Operations and Preconstruction teams. This position combines technical expertise, process ownership, training leadership, and frontline support to ensure project teams maximize the value of Autodesk technology and follow established company standards. Duties and Responsibilities Autodesk Forma Project Creation & Administration Own all Autodesk Forma project creation for Evans General Contractors. Create, configure, and maintain Autodesk Forma projects in accordance with company standards. Configure project information, locations, site boundaries, organizational settings, and required project parameters. Maintain project templates, setup standards, reusable workflows, and consistent naming conventions. Process project setup requests and coordinate with Operations and Preconstruction teams to ensure each project is established correctly. Manage Autodesk Forma project modifications, updates, and setup-related change requests throughout the project lifecycle. Autodesk Product Administration, Support & Enablement Administer, train, and teach Autodesk products included in the Forma Preconstruction and Operations Bundles. Serve as the primary support resource for Autodesk Forma and related Autodesk products in scope for the role. Answer user questions, troubleshoot workflow issues, and provide practical guidance to project teams. Research product issues and coordinate with Autodesk support when needed. Maintain current knowledge of Autodesk product updates, enhancements, and new functionality. Help users understand how Autodesk tools support real project execution, collaboration, and business workflows. Governance & Standards Establish and maintain company standards for Autodesk Forma project creation, administration, and usage. Ensure project naming conventions, project structures, permissions, templates, and setup practices remain consistent across Evans. Manage user access, permissions, and security settings related to supported Autodesk platforms. Promote proper system governance and reinforce approved workflows with project teams. Process Documentation & Training Develop and maintain process documentation, training materials, and best-practice guides for Autodesk Forma workflows. Design and develop training across multiple formats including instructor led, virtual, eLearning, and blended learning. Create and continuously update high-quality training materials such as participant guides, facilitator guides, job aids, playbooks, and process documentation. Ensure all learning materials reflect real world execution and current business practices.
