About the Role We're HomeCare Advocacy Network of Southwest Iowa, and we're on the lookout for a Full-Time Recruitment and Education Coordinator to help us grow an incredible team of caregivers. If you're organized, people-savvy, love to teach and get excited about making a real difference in your community, we'd love to meet you. This isn't your average office job. You'll be the go-to person for recruiting, training, and welcoming new caregivers, helping them start strong and stay supported. You'll also pitch in with scheduling, onboarding paperwork, day-to-day communication with our team and clients, and providing exceptional care to our clients. What You'll Be Doing Interview, hire, and onboard awesome caregivers Lead fun, informative training sessions Help coordinate caregiver/client schedules with our Service Coordinator Provide in home training and caregiver coverage as needed Communicate regularly with caregivers and clients to make sure everyone's supported Help develop creative recruiting strategies Use scheduling software like Wellsky to track and manage activity Rotate on-call responsibilities. One day per week and every other weekend. What We're Looking For Experience with recruitment and interviewing Experience with onboarding/training Office experience and solid computer skills (Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and staying organized Clear communication•both written and verbal Friendly, professional, and approachable Able to work independently and as part of a team Caregiving experience in senior care or home care is required Experience with scheduling and/or Wellsky is a bonus Must possess a valid driver's license and have a clean criminal/driving record.
