The Training Coordinator is expected to perform one or more of the following essential job functions (detailed): Partner with the full Human Resources and Leadership team to execute the organization's learning and development strategy through assigned projects. Schedule and deliver training content as required. Manage all required training documentation in SharePoint and physical files.Create instructional material:
training modules, visual aids, job aids, video tutorials. Creation of content per instructional design principles, practices, and theories. Frequent evaluation/ redesign of content as needed. Support Human Resources team with admin tasks as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Skills / Abilities /Qualifications:
Bilingual English - Spanish required. Ability to facilitate content in varied settings. Basic knowledge of Instructional Design theories and processes (ADDIE, Needs Assessments, adult learning theories etc.) Basic knowledge of project management principles Intermediate - Advanced skill set with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Basic knowledge of graphic design concepts Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and take full responsibility for the program Ability to act with integrity, and professionalismSupervisory Responsibilities:
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities. Education and/orExperience:
Associate degree and/or two to three years of related experience and training. A minimum of two years of experience in the facilitation and development of learning content. Computer literate with capability in MS Office Suite applications and communication tools.Physical Requirements:

Employees are occasionally required to walk, stand, and lift and move records and documents weighing 20 pounds or less.
