Job Description
Who you are:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Instructional Design, Learning Technology, Education or another related field. 3 years of experience developing learning for instructor led, virtual instructor led, self-paced eLearning and video formats. Knowledge and demonstrated understanding of adult learning styles and instructional design. Intermediate experience with eLearning authoring tools (Articulate 360, Rise, Lectora, iSpring, or similar) and graphic/visual design tools (Canva, Camtasia, etc). Graphic design aptitude. Demonstrated experience partnering with business/organizational leaders to translate business objectives into effective learning solutions and development programs. Experience working with learning management systems. Excels at time management and prioritization, consistently meeting deadlines while generating high-quality work. Demonstrated ability to effectively utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.Who we are:

The annual base pay for this role is between $80,000 - $100,000. The actual pay is dependent upon many factors, including: location, work experience, education, training, transferable skills, business needs, and market conditions. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. The role may also be eligible for a bonus.
