Job Description
The RoleYour roleAs a Learning Consultant, you will partner with customers to shape, design, and deliver learning solutions that directly support business and workforce outcomes. This role focuses on understanding customer strategy, translating needs into practical learning programs, and guiding delivery through close collaboration with learning specialists and delivery teams. Success is measured by the relevance, adoption, and impact of learning initiatives on customer goals.
What you will do
- Partner with customers to understand business objectives, capability gaps, and learning priorities
- Recommend learning strategies and solutions that support technical and non-technical skills development
- Facilitate the design and deployment of learning programs aligned to customer goals
- Act as the primary link between customers and internal learning pillars to enable effective delivery
- Guide learning engagements from scoping through delivery, ensuring expectations and outcomes are clear
- Review learning metrics, reports, and feedback to assess effectiveness and inform recommendations
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including instructional designers, developers, and subject matter experts

- Experience consulting with customers on learning, talent, or workforce development initiatives
- Ability to translate business and stakeholder needs into structured learning solutions
- Experience supporting the design or delivery of blended learning programs, such as virtual, classroom, or digital formats
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver learning or development solutions
- Ability to review learning metrics and reports to evaluate outcomes and recommend improvements
- Clear experience facilitating discussions with customers and subject matter experts
- Working knowledge of learning tools, platforms, or learning program delivery modelsPreferred skills and experience
- Experience in learning and development, organizational development, or talent-related consulting
- Familiarity with instructional design principles or learning experience design
- Experience supporting large or complex learning programs across multiple stakeholder groups
- Exposure to performance support tools, job aids, or technical documentation
