This role ensures high-quality clinical education experiences for child life students, supports ongoing staff competency and professional development, and advances interdisciplinary education in alignment with organizational, regulatory, and Association of Child Life Professionals (ACLP) standards. The Education Coordinator serves as both an educator and clinician, maintaining direct patient care responsibilities as needed, while fostering academic partnerships, supporting research initiatives, and contributing to quality improvement efforts across the organization.
