KinderCare is seeking devoted Teachers for our Custer KinderCare center. In this role, you will create a warm, inclusive classroom where young children learn through play, exploration, and structured activities. You will design developmentally appropriate lessons, support social-emotional and academic growth, and ensure a safe, healthy environment. Working closely with families and a collaborative team, you'll communicate progress, celebrate milestones, and uphold licensing and safety standards while growing your own skills through ongoing training. Responsibilities Create and deliver developmentally appropriate lesson plans for young children. Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment. Observe and document children's progress and developmental milestones. Communicate regularly with families about student growth and daily activities. Support social-emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play-based learning. Follow all health, safety, and licensing regulations and center policies. Collaborate with center staff to plan activities and events. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Manage classroom behavior using positive guidance techniques. Set up materials and learning centers to support daily instruction.
