Holly Argo Job Summary/Basic Functions Provides professional high level administrative support to graduate students, faculty, and staff by preparing reports, processing graduate student record requests, performing support functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls and scheduling in-person meetings, creating, and sending communications, presenting to undergraduate and graduate student groups, and scheduling meetings. Will also train and provide technical direction to lower-level clerical staff.Minimum Qualifications Education:

One year of progressively responsible clerical, secretarial and/ or administrative support is required.Licensure & Certifications:

Job Duties:
50%- Provides graduate student support by processing student record requests and providing reports to the Dean of Graduate School.

- May perform some administrative duties which may include, but are not limited human resources processes, recruitment coordination, preparation of reports/documents/presentations, or coordination of complex projects or events.

- Supports the coordination and scheduling of special events for department functions, assists with scheduling classrooms, or related activities. Provides instruction and oversight to student worker Graduate School staff.

- Supports the office functions by completing all other duties and special projects as assigned.
