Qualifications:
  • Ability to perform minor repair and maintenance.
  • Work in the school/house where services are performed.
  • Organized individual willing to address concerns in a timely fashion.
  • Familiarity with instructional technology equipment.
  • Familiarity with Infinite Campus and other districtwide software
Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Guide and assist staff as the in-house resource for technical concerns. 2.Ensure that instructional technology equipment and technology supplies are in working condition and available to teachers and provide on-site support for teachers in the successful integration of the use of various technology resources available 3.Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance of equipment and communicate with the Technology Services Department when unable to repair items. 4.Maintain the equipment inventory and submit updated and accurate inventory three times per year to the Technology Services Department. 5.Three (3) one-hour after school meetings 6.Maintain laptop and tablet carts as needed 7.Serve as the building point person for submitting audio visual repairs and technology work orders 8.Be responsible for requesting and maintaining the necessary instructional supplies and equipment to support technology in the building 9.Assist and communicate with Infinite Campus especially the attendance, gradebook, and discipline modules, and other district wide software 10.Support parents and students using the Student and Parent Portal of Infinite Campus
