Full-Time, Monday-Friday Take the Next Step Beyond the Classroom The Learning Experience•Dedham is seeking an experienced Curriculum Specialist to help support teaching excellence, curriculum implementation, and classroom quality throughout our early childhood education center. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong preschool or childcare educator who loves teaching but is ready to expand their impact beyond a single classroom. You'll work alongside teachers across the center, helping them create engaging learning environments, strengthen classroom practices, and successfully implement our curriculum. You'll also remain connected to the children you love working with by providing hands-on classroom support when needed. What You'll Do Support teachers with the implementation of The Learning Experience's proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum Model engaging, developmentally appropriate teaching practices Help teachers strengthen classroom routines, learning centers, and lesson delivery Provide hands-on coaching, guidance, and support to teaching teams Assist with classroom observations and identify opportunities for additional teacher development Support new educators as they learn curriculum expectations and classroom practices Help prepare educational materials, classroom environments, and learning experiences Promote consistency and quality across Infant, Toddler, and Preschool classrooms Step into classrooms to teach and provide ratio support when needed Partner with center leadership to maintain high standards for education and classroom quality Support compliance with Massachusetts EEC regulations and center policies What We're Looking For Professional experience in a licensed preschool, daycare, childcare center, or early childhood education program Massachusetts EEC certification strongly preferred Lead Teacher or experienced classroom teacher background preferred Experience working with multiple early childhood age groups is a plus Strong knowledge of child development and developmentally appropriate practices Ability to coach, encourage, and support other educators Strong classroom management, organization, and communication skills Collaborative, dependable, and comfortable taking initiative Must meet applicable Massachusetts EEC requirements for classroom responsibilities What We Offer $24 per hour Full-time Monday-Friday schedule Opportunity to grow beyond a traditional classroom teaching position Professional development and leadership experience Employee childcare discount Supportive center leadership Collaborative early childhood education environment Opportunities for continued career advancement Apply Today If you're an experienced early childhood educator who wants to make an impact not just in one classroom, but across an entire school , we'd love to meet you.
