What You'll Do Support mission-critical programs in secure government environments Analyze requirements and translate them into actionable solutions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results Ensure compliance with contract and security standards Contribute ideas to improve processes, efficiency, and performance Gather the raw content and material from which the course(s) will be built. Determine what testing is appropriate to ensure students demonstrate required proficiency. What You Bring Active TS/SCI with a MD polygraph Experience supporting government or DoD programs Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field is desired. Four (4) years experience in the content area(s) of the training to be developed/maintained. Experience shall be in at least one of the following areas:
  • CNO operational duties
  • Development of related training
  • Instruction of related training
  • Mentoring/technical leadership in related content areas.
Certifications in areas relevant to the training content areas are desired. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting a DOD program Agile, cloud, or modernization experience Background in process improvement or analytical services Compensation & Benefits The projected salary range for this position is $90,000-$91,200, dependent upon experience, qualifications, and contract requirements.
