QUALIFIED
for this position, we require an associate in early childhood education OR at least 21 early childhood education credit hours + completion of a business administration course and previous experience working in a licensed childcare facility as a Lead Teacher.Required Shift:
Monday -Friday, Full-time Compensation:

Resume screen Phone screen with recruiter (30 minutes) On-site interview with Regional Director (60 minutes) Virtual Interview with Center Director (30-45 minutes)Offer Main Job Responsibilities:
Program development and Teacher interaction development Review classroom interactions, behaviors, routines to identify development needs and provide support per CD. Identify training/resource needs in areas of program, sanitation, regulatory compliance with CD and provide hands on support where needed or requested. Assist CD with special projects and classroom environments Lesson Planning and Program development Incorporate developmental objectives into LP's and oversee modification requests of staff. Integrate activities and developmental goals into Tadpole system and Daily Reports. Classroom Observations and Maintenance Conduct classroom observations as needed or requested by CD using current monthly observation forms. Physical ability to work around small children including sitting, standing, walking, running, and climbing stairs.
