Job Description

We are looking for an Program Support Specialist to play a key role in supporting our education program team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive assistance, facilitating communication, and implementing strategies to enhance our parent education programs. This position also is responsible for data entry, monthly reporting and supporting our learning management system. Strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft office are essential for success.
Duties:
  • Assisting in enrolling and tracking program participation
  • Collect and input data to monitor program progress towards goals
  • Provide administrative support, including maintaining program records
  • Coordinate project activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and communicating with stakeholders.
  • Support the learning management system Excellent administrative skills including:
  • Detailed oriented;
  • Organizational skills;
  • Database Management;
  • Computer skills;
  • Strong Oral/written skills The ideal candidate would be a dedicated individual who is passionate about early childhood education and effective parenting.
