Job Description
The ideal candidate will have strong research and writing skills with emphasis on general civil litigation, preferably with background in Michigan No-Fault Automobile Insurance Law. The candidate must have the ability to manage litigation cases, resolve legal disputes on behalf of clients by developing agreements, negotiating contracts, settlements, and advocate for clients in court.
Responsibilities:
Provide legal support to clients and assist attorneys, including legal research and writing, court appearances, and attending depositions Maintain client relationships Prepare legal reports and documentsQualifications:
