Trainer General Position Description:

Instructional Systems Designer to design and develop technical training, including Conducts in-depth assessments, including individual and organizational performance diagnostics to identify the appropriate solutions for a performance need; Designs, develops, and implements learning solutions and evaluation that achieve critical business objectives; Specific instructional strategies; Conduct research using a variety of methods; work effectively with teams of SMEs and management

Instructional Design Skills Preferred:

Instructional Design, Graphic Design Experience Required:

Minimum 10 years of design and development experience within a corporate setting. Extensive consulting and needs assessment experience.

Experience Preferred:

Instructional Design virtual and graphic, written and video.
