Experience properly and transparently utilizing generative AI tools to brainstorm and draft professional resources. Position Purpose The Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning (CETL) is seeking a motivated and innovative individual to assist our team in building engaging, self-paced online learning opportunities for educational development programs. The ideal candidate is a recent graduate with foundational experience in instructional design who will help develop online modules, create organizational templates, and support digital accessibility efforts. This position is essential in contributing to the center's mission of fostering inclusive and effective teaching practices. Job Duties Develop self-paced online modules for university professors using Learning Management Systems (eSpace, Moodle). Design and integrate interactive online learning components utilizing H5P. Adapt live workshop presentations, recordings, and materials for an online audience. Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to guide academic content and teaching frameworks. Create course build processes, starter documents, and templates to assist future course development and future interns. Apply digital accessibility standards to course content, websites, documents, and videos using tools like Panorama.
