Job Description

Community Education Specialists - Community School Programs Instructors are responsible for delivery of more specialized topics that could include Music, World Languages & Cultures, Theatre, ASL, Robotics. Woodworking to Community School Programs for Elementary and Middle School aged students.
Hours:
After School Location:
Elementary and Middle Schools Duties include: Class planning /curriculum development. Provide student safety and program presentation. Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Relevant work experience and previous experience in the subject matter Ability to maintain regular attendance, which includes completing an assigned day. Must be able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds. Ability to perform position responsibilities including physical factors, work devices and materials handling, data functions, and people functions. Must be physically working at the building/onsite.
Preferred Qualifications:
Relevant work experience and previous experience with community school activities preferred. Advanced training or college degree preferred. Previous experience working with elementary and middle school aged students preferred.
Rate of Pay:
$23.57-$36.39/hour. View additional terms and benefits here
