Job Description:

Join our team as a Sr. DES Designer and play a pivotal role in crafting engaging and effective training materials that drive business success. This remote position offers the chance to innovate and collaborate with experts in the field. Responsibilities Partner with subject matter experts to assess training needs and develop instructional content. Create interactive e-learning courses and instructor-led training materials. Apply diverse instructional design methodologies to enhance learning experiences. Incorporate gamification strategies to boost learner engagement and retention. Conduct needs assessments and analyze learner data to refine training programs. Develop evaluation strategies to measure and improve training effectiveness. Manage multiple projects to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials. Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in instructional design and technology. Skills Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in instructional design, ideally within the technology sector. Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools and learning management systems. Strong grasp of adult learning theories and instructional design models. Excellent project management skills with effective task prioritization. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Preferred Skills Master's degree in a relevant field. Experience in multimedia production, including video and audio editing. Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in instructional design and e-learning. Experience in implementing gamification strategies in learning programs.
