$80,000
  • $95,000 QUALIFICATIONS
Licensure:
Current Minnesota Teaching License
    Experience:
    Minimum 5 years of classroom experience; prior experience with coaching or leadership is strongly preferred.
      Skills:
      Expertise in data analysis, program organization, and cross-disciplinary team leadership.
      POSITION SUMMARY
      The E-12 Educational Coordinator & Enrichment Lead oversees the integration of core academic interventions and enrichment programs. This role ensures that students falling below state standards receive high-quality remedial instruction and equitable access to education and experiential learning.
      KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
      Academic Intervention & ADSIS Management
        Program Oversight:
        Serve as the district lead for ADSIS and Reading Corp, ensuring compliance with state reporting and the effectiveness of Tier 2 and Tier 3 interventions.
          Data Monitoring:
          Use assessment tools to identify "under-prepared" learners and monitor their progress toward state content standards.
            Staff Training:
            Provide professional development for teachers and interventionists on reducing exclusionary discipline and using data to drive instruction. E-12 Enrichment Coordination (Art, Music, PE, Health)
              Curriculum Alignment:
              Oversees Art, Music, PE, and Health curriculum and ensures alignment with state standards and are integrated into the district goals.
                Resource Allocation:
                Manage the materials and equipment budgets for these departments to ensure high-quality instructional delivery.
                  Health:
                  Oversee the K-12 Health curriculum, focusing on the social-emotional and physical needs of students as a foundation for academic success and well being.
                    Academic Achievement:
                    Oversees and organizes all academic achievement programs supporting talent development services, extra curricular programs, spelling bee, and additional programs within and out of the school day that provide academic opportunities. Experiential Learning & Field Trips
                      Strategic Planning:
                      Coordinate district-wide field trips that provide access for all students at each grade level to have a variety of out of classroom learning experiences.
                        Logistics:
                        Manage the scheduling of educational opportunities to ensure they align with Academic Achievement goals. Parent Education & Engagement
                          Learning Contracts:
                          Design district wide parent engagement that provides parent education for supporting reading and math achievement.
                            Outreach:
                            Design and lead parent-training programs that empower families to support their child's kindergarten readiness and K-12 academic progress.
