Founded in 1986, St. Charles Community College (SCC) has a reputation as one of the best two-year colleges in the state of Missouri. St. Charles Community College is seeking a Curriculum Support Specialist to support program review, assessment processes, articulation agreements, and experiential learning initiatives. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the effective implementation of academic quality assurance processes, supporting faculty and leadership with data-informed decision-making, and maintaining compliance with accreditation and regulatory requirements.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Program ReviewAssessment Coordinate institutional program review cycles, timelines, and documentation in collaboration with IRE Monitor submission of annual and comprehensive program reviews Compile and synthesize program-level data (enrollment, outcomes, completion) in collaboration with IRE Maintain assessment documentation repositories (SharePoint/evidence systems) ArticulationsAcademic Partnerships Coordinate the lifecycle of articulation agreements (development, approvals, renewals) Maintain centralized tracking system for all agreements Support partnership documentation and compliance requirements Serve as liaison for internal stakeholders supporting partnerships Accreditation Support Assist with collection, organization, and validation of evidence for HLC and programmatic accreditation Maintain documentation aligned to Assurance Argument structures Track compliance timelines and reporting requirements InternshipsApprenticeships Assist in development and coordination of academic internship processes Track internship placements and related academic documentation Support alignment of internships with program learning outcomes Coordinate with academic divisions and workforce partners as needed CurriculumCatalog Support Assist with documentation tracking for curriculum proposals Support catalog production timelines, proofreading, and updates Ensure accuracy and consistency of program and course information DataReporting Support reporting for accreditation, state, and institutional needs Ensure data integrity across systems in collaboration with
IRE MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Higher Education, Education, Business, or related field 3+ years of experience in academic affairs, institutional research, or related area Experience with data tracking, reporting, or assessment processes
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with program review or accreditation processes (HLC preferred) Familiarity with student information systems and software solutions (e.g., Colleague, Microsoft, Assessment Software) Experience supporting partnerships, workforce programs, or internships •Will be subject to a criminal background check.
