This new position is calling your name! Westaff is looking for an Education Coordinator for a local non-profit in Helena, MT !
Term:
Temporary, 2+ months
Schedule:
Full Time Shift:
Monday-Friday, 8am - 5pm
Pay:
$25/hour
What You Will Do:
Coordinates educational offerings, trade show events, logistics for conference speakers, and distance learning webinars Assists with venue logistics and organize post-event closeout as directed Verify and process invoices and expense reports Management and oversight of the event management database and related association distribution lists
What You Will Bring:
A bachelor's degree in meeting and event management, hospitality, or a related field with at least four (4) years of experience in meeting/event planning, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with personal computer hardware and software, including Microsoft-based word processing, electronic communication, desktop publishing, spreadsheets, graphic design (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite), AV equipment, internet, and database software is required. Valid Montana Driver's license required. •Successful applicant(s) will be subject to a background check.
