Cooney Healthcare & Rehabilitation Salary:

Cooney Healthcare & Rehabilitation is seeking an exceptional Director of Nursing to lead our nursing services operation and drive a culture centered on clinical excellence, accountability, resident satisfaction, and team development. This is more than a Director of Nursing position. What You'll Do Provide strategic oversight of all nursing operations Lead, coach, and develop nursing management and frontline staff Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations Drive quality improvement initiatives and clinical outcomes Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and resident-centered care Partner with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident experiences Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, physicians, and staff What We're Looking For Active Registered Nurse (RN) license Previous nursing leadership experience in skilled nursing or long-term care Strong regulatory and survey knowledge Exceptional leadership and team-building skills Proven ability to improve clinical outcomes and staff engagement Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality care Why Cooney Healthcare & Rehabilitation?
