Responsibilities As a School Psychologist, you will: Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and assessments to support eligibility determinations and educational planning Interpret assessment data and prepare comprehensive evaluation reports Participate in eligibility meetings, IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team meetings, and parent conferences Collaborate with educators, administrators, families, and related service providers to develop effective interventions and support plans Consult with teachers regarding academic, behavioral, social-emotional, and mental health concerns Support the development and implementation of behavioral intervention plans Monitor student progress and provide data-driven recommendations for support services Assist with crisis response, threat assessment, and student support initiatives as appropriate Provide recommendations for accommodations, modifications, and evidence-based interventions Promote positive school climate and student well-being Maintain compliance with federal, state, and district guidelines related to special education and evaluation services Serve as a resource regarding child development, learning differences, mental health, and behavioral supports Support MTSS, RTI, and other intervention frameworks utilized by the district Maintain accurate documentation and confidential student records Qualifications Qualified candidates should possess: Master's degree, Specialist degree (Ed.
