SALES REPRESENTATIVE - IMMEDIATE HIRE 529

Financial is expanding in the Albemarle, NC area and looking for motivated, coachable individuals to join our growing sales team. No prior insurance or sales experience is required. We provide hands-on training, mentorship and a proven sales system designed to help new representatives get started successfully. This opportunity is best suited for someone who is competitive, self-motivated and comfortable being compensated based on performance.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Meet face-to-face with local families who have requested information about life insurance coverage Help clients review coverage options based on their individual needs and budget Follow a proven sales process with ongoing coaching and support Manage your schedule and local territory Build relationships with clients and provide a professional customer experience

COMPENSATION

This is a commission-based independent contractor sales opportunity and is not an hourly or salaried position. Compensation is based on individual sales production. Full-time representatives have the opportunity to earn $75,000-$105,000+ annually, with additional earning potential based on performance. Individual results vary and earnings are not guaranteed. Commissions are paid weekly, with many approved policies paying within 24-36 hours.

NO EXPERIENCE?

NO PROBLEM. Previous sales or insurance experience is not required. We are looking for people with the right attitude and work ethic. Our team provides training from the ground up.
