Sylvan Learning provides academic tutoring for students from Kindergarten through 12th grade so that students can get ahead or just get caught up. As a franchise group of 6 centers throughout the Western Carolinas and the Midlands our mission is to see success with every child. This role is to work with the other team members in the center to put a plan together that achieves success for every child that walks through the doors and ensure the families are engaged. Paid training. Ability to travel to Sylvan of Arden to train and sometimes cover that center as needed. Opportunity to grow within and across multiple centers. Typically two to three weekend mornings as well as 3-4 weekday afternoon/evenings anticipated (usually 2:30pm-6:30pm). Some trainings are during the day, virtually, so flexibility to attend those, and two strategy sessions per year at a site to be determined. Do you have kids of your own?
