Administrative Support /
Curriculum Coordinator Employment Type:
Full-Time 8:45-6PM or 9:15-6
PM Role Overview:
This is not a desk-only job—this role is a blend of administrative support and hands-on classroom involvement. You'll help coordinate curriculum with teachers, manage daily operational tasks like scheduling and parent communication, and importantly, step into classrooms as a substitute teacher when staffing needs arise. We value a team player who's comfortable being both behind the scenes and in the classroom.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with teachers on curriculum planning, ensuring engaging, age-appropriate activities. Provide administrative support Step into classrooms as a substitute teacher when needed, ensuring safety, engagement, and routine are upheld. Assist with classroom organization and teacher follow-through on lesson plans. Partner with the leadership team to address any staffing or operational challenges.
Qualifications:
Experience in early childhood education or related field (teaching experience is a plus). Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask. Excellent communication skills with children, staff, and families. Comfortable stepping into a classroom as a substitute teacher and maintaining routines. A flexible, team-oriented approach—ready to jump in wherever needed.
