THE POSITION

Join our dedicated team as a Perinatal/Neonatal Clinical Education Specialist, where you will play a vital role in shaping the future of neonatal and perinatal care. In this position, you will leverage your expertise to design, implement, and evaluate educational programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of healthcare professionals. Your contributions will directly impact the quality of care provided to mothers and newborns, fostering an environment of excellence and innovation in clinical practice. Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse by the North Carolina Board of Nursing with a minimum of three years clinical experience within the practice area. Master's Degree in Nursing Required. Three years of teaching experience preferred. Must show and maintain evidence of nursing competencies within practice area, including certifications required for area of practice (i.e., BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, etc.).
