Full Job Description Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized professional for a hybrid role combining Continuing Medical Education (CME) administration and Clinical Research Coordination. This part-time position splits time equally between planning accredited CME activities and supporting the day-to-day administrative and regulatory compliance of active clinical trials.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate the planning, documentation, and execution of local and regional CME programs. Liaise between the medical education office, activity chairs, planning committees, and speakers. Ensure adherence to ACCME/state accreditation criteria and manage post-program evaluations and credits. Assist Principal Investigators with daily administrative, data entry, and logistical operations of active trials. Maintain IRB regulatory binders, handle study documentation, and track trial participant screening. Coordinate study timelines and manage protocol-required supply inventories.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, science, education, or a related field preferred. 1-2 years of experience in healthcare administration, medical education, or clinical research. Strong organizational skills and experience managing strict compliance or regulations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with medical professionals.
Pay:
$29,000.00 - $36,400.00 per year
