PRIMARY PURPOSE
The Instructional Design/ Multimedia Learning and Development role will be responsible for design, development and implementation of multi-media learning solutions. The role will also provide design and development support for overall HR programs and priorities aligned to the business strategy.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Program and Curriculum Design Develops and designs learning programs and HR program materials Creates workflow design to manage content creation Works with Director of HR Strategy to develop learning curriculum and program materials to meet the business strategy and HR priorities Has knowledge of overall HR programs and develops materials aligned to HR priorities Assesses needs, writes outline and recommended learning chanel Works with SME to gather content Develops learning program tool or course Oversees project plan, test and implementation Makes adjustments based on feedback/measureable results Curriculum Implementation and Facilitation Supports the implementation of training programs, ensuring measureable results Facilitates and coordinates leadership and technical learning sessions Develops the annual traning calendar based on business strategy Develops new and innovative ways to deliver learning and HR program content to associates Training needs analysis Supports and guides subject matter experts in conducting training needs analysis to determine skill gaps Develops process to evaluate skill gaps Based on analysis, maps new curriculum, explores resources available and customizes developmental modules to provide new learnings Learning Reporting & Analysis Create learning reporting Create reporting to capture learning objectives Create and assist with post learning/event surveys Provide periodic reporting to HR Analyst for review and analysis Proactively respond and adjust content based on HR analysis
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS 2 - 4
years experience in the design, development, implementation and measurement of learning solutions. e-learning development experience Experience with multimedia development software Strong knowledge of the ADDIE process, SAM or other learning methodologies Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Digital design experience e-learning development experience
EDUCATION
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and related work experience
