As an Education Specialist, you will: Formulate and implement an educational plan that addresses each participant's individualized academic, educational, and leadership needs and interests Provide academic advising and instructional support that enables participants to be retained with the program Develop and implement college preparatory activities and programs Actively assist in the development and implementation of the Upward Bound summer program at the University of Nebraska - Lincoln Assist program participants with Post Secondary Pathway planning

Experience providing educational learning activities—improve academic performance, organizes educational planning, and preparation for enrollment in post-secondary education.
