Position Overview The Garrett Group is seeking an experienced professional to support academic program coordination, enrollment processes, and graduate‑level institutional engagement. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience working directly with major universities and demonstrate strong skills in program management, curriculum development, and educational assessment. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary interface with academic institutions, particularly major universities, on matters related to graduate-level admissions, enrollment, registration, and bursar operations. Coordinate and manage academic program activities, ensuring alignment with institutional standards and Garrett Group objectives. Support development, review, and refinement of lesson plans and curriculum materials. Conduct analysis and continuous improvement of educational programs using appropriate pedagogical methods. Assess course and program effectiveness through structured evaluation techniques and recommend enhancements. Maintain effective communication channels with university administrative offices and academic departments. Ensure compliance with institutional policies, timelines, and operational requirements. Minimum Qualifications At least 10 years of direct experience routinely interfacing with graduate-level academic institutions. Demonstrated expertise in admissions, enrollment, registration, and bursar operations at major universities. Working knowledge of program management principles. Experience with curriculum or lesson plan development, analysis, improvement, and assessment. Familiarity with pedagogical methods appropriate for higher education. The
