We are seeking an experienced and committed E-learning Coordinator to join our dynamic and innovative organization. The E-Learning Coordinator will ensure that the curriculum delivered by the Project Harmony Training Institute is adapted and easily distributed to trainees via web-based technology. This position will work closely with the Training Specialists and other stakeholders within the Project Harmony Training Institute. The goal of that collaboration is to ensure the curriculum is delivered through an e-learning platform, providing an innovative and lasting educational experience for each trainee of the institute. Build trusted relationships by leading with honesty, integrity, vulnerability, and humility Essential Duties and Responsibilities Design asynchronous online content to publish on Learning Management System (LMS) using online authoring tools such as Articulate 360 Implement and manage gamification and other engagement strategies with the LMS Develop relationships and coordinate with stakeholders and partners to understand and meet their e-learning requirements Upload and configure training content, modules, and assessments in the LMS Assign courses and manage user enrollments, permissions, and groups Support internal stakeholders with LMS troubleshooting and best practices Generate and distribute reports on learning metrics and user activity Test new features and LMS updates Lead development of training videos to be used in microlearning, live training and e-learning Configure, optimize, and manage training calendar published via WordPress website Work with Operations Teams to effectively support technology related to trainings Assist in the creation of operating procedures for the use of e-learning technology and associated equipment Ensure culturally competent services are provided to all families we serve without regard to race, ethnicity, religion, socioeconomic status, disability, gender or sexual orientation Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Instructional Design or related field is preferred Experience and Training 2 + years of professional instructional design experience 1 + years of managing and/or working within a learning management system Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Demonstrated knowledge of Windows and desktop products Demonstrated working knowledge of Articulate 360 and/or other commonly used e-learning authoring tools Ability to design interactive, engaging e-learning modules from existing curriculum Strong customer service skills and ability to troubleshoot and resolve learner questions Experience with audio and video editing Ability to manage projects, activities and tasks simultaneously Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong written, verbal and listening communication skills Ability to translate technical concepts surrounding e-learning to other team members with less technical experience Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with co-workers, vendors and stakeholders Must be a self-starter and able to work independently as well as part of a team Team and solution oriented High level of initiative and positive energy Attention to detail and accuracy Exceptional work ethic Must respect and maintain confidentiality Other Must be willing to work flexible hours Must submit to a thorough criminal history background check Must have access to a vehicle, possess a valid driver's license and proof of insurance Position may involve some travel, primarily within the state The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of the work being performed by individuals assigned to this job.
