implementation capacity for school districts throughout the state. Through web-based training and ongoing coaching, these new regional trainers/coaches will maintain a crucial role in scaling implementation of

Position Status:

Part Time Minimum Education and Experience Master's degree or higher Specialized training or certification in a structured literacy instructional approach Three or more years of experience coaching, mentoring, or instructing adult learners in the educational setting. Advanced knowledge of research-based reading instructional practices is required. Preferred Qualifications Along with content and pedagogical expertise listed above, applicants must possess strong interpersonal skills and competencies Overview One of the most complex aspects of this regional coach position involves exercising professional judgment to identify and address gaps in instructional practice and/or system alignment while maintaining trust and collaboration with educators. The coach must independently assess practices and procedures, analyze student learning data, and determine appropriate next steps.
